"My experience with Statefarm is always top notch. The service I receive never disappoints. Anytime I call the staff on Bath Rd., they are always so friendly and helpful. One rep in particular is my go to though. Jack aka “the REAL DEAL JAKE from statefarm like a good neighbor” which I hilariously confused his name for the first few times he assisted me, is an amazing asset to the team. Jack always goes above and beyond to answer all my crazy questions , break down all of my annoying bills that I don’t understand, and offer great services that he explains thoroughly. If there is ever something that needs to be followed up on, I can always depend on Jack to get back to me, even when I myself have forgotten all about what I asked for. 10/10 would recommend Statefarm The only on Bath Road ((Tom McLaughlin)) in Bristol, but 101/100 would recommend Jack as your Statefarm Agent! You go Jack!!!! Somebody get this man a raise! ;)"
