"Absolutely Probably one of the worst insurance companies you can deal with . $349.50 a month for a business that is mobile and does not have a location. Just like many other insurance companies, they are very shady. I'm sure many americans have noticed that 2026 has been a very bad year for small businesses. From tariffs to the increased of the cost of living, to the increase of products and insurance to auto repairs. Initially, when I got this policy, I was as honest as I could be and informed them what my revenue was last year which was gross around $80,000 and the monthly price they gave me for this policy was pretty high compared to what other mobile detailers pay. And if you ask me, I think I was being overcharged. This year, my revenue had greatly decreased because of everything going on. A lot of my customers no longer have the money to spend on luxury services. Therefore, it has a big impact on my business. Marie requested my current years revenue and projected revenue. 6 business days go by and I don't hear back, and i'm the one that has to reach out to find out what's going on. She responds, saying that underwriting is giving her pushback, and that they want my 2025 tax return. First off, I don't even know why this wasn't requested when I got the policy in the first place. And I think that they're all a bunch of robots, because there is a massive disconnect from financial reality. Forcing me to provide a 2025 tax return to justify my current 2026 revenue makes zero sense. If I could give them 0 stars, I would. Oh, yeah, and one last thing they get back to you quick. When it comes to trying to get you to buy another policy, whether it be auto insurance or homeowners insurance."
